As a south African with probably hundreds of braai's (BBQ's) under my belt and knowing a thing or two about quality meat. I can honestly say that this is the best butchers in Walsall. The quality of the meat is outstanding they cure they're own bacon and dry age they’re own steak. The Filet and T-Bone steaks are really good and rump is priced very favourably.

WT Hill sell fantastic quality meat from liver to fillet steak - everything is delicious! They will cut meat to any size required and are very helpful. Ashley's back bacon is a must!
