Great service, great sandwich! Didn't have to pre-order, I walked in with the intention of collecting. Small wait as expected as the food is prepped from scratch, but nothing you wouldn't expect from any sandwich shop.

Family bought us a voucher for afternoon tea for our wedding anniversary. Pre-booked to pick up on the Saturday. Made up as a platter so that we were able to savour this in the countryside. Lovely sandwiches and beautiful cakes, loads of strawberries. Staff very helpful.

We visited the tea room for a baby shower. The food was delicious and staff were so lovely and helpful. Would definitely reccomend here if you're looking for a private function like this. Plenty of sandwiches, cakes and fruit as well as tea and coffee. Lovely afternoon.

WOW, what a beautiful place, I can't praise this place enough. We went for afternoon tea today (myself,my sister & our mom ) from the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome,we were seated at a lovely table, a large pot of tea was brought over to us, which may I add was of the best quality, a large plate of sandwich fingers with 5 different fillings and beautifully decorated with fresh pea shoots &radishes lovely and fresh & absolutely delicious. Our tea pot was refilled at no extra cost,and a cake stand of chocolate brownie bites,lemon drizzle cakes,scones,and Victoria sponge,filled the stand decorated with fresh strawberries and kiwi. The shop itself isn't huge,but it has been well organised & beautifully decorated. We were there over an hour & a half and it was never empty,there was a steady flow of takeout customers also. All I can say is pay it a visit you will not be disappointed. Well done to all the ladies (& a young gentleman) for all your efforts & a fabulous experience. See you all soon xx

Called in for coffee and tea cakes. The place is immaculately clean, The customer service very professional and friendly. We didn't have to wait long to be served; it was very well presented and tasty. Prices most reasonable. We'll be back! Very highly recommended.

Always pop in for a breakfast sandwich and sometimes eat in with the other half. The breakfasts and main meals are really tasty and great value for money. The afternoon teas also looks very nice but that's not my thing!Definitely recommend this place.

We had the loveliest Christmas meal today at Wilson's. There was 21 of us as it was our tai chi group. Everyone really enjoyed the lovely hot food. Starters were lovely, mains lovely cooked and some of us had dessert. The staff were lovely and all meals came very quickly with a lovely smile. The cooking was fantastic and the girls worked very hard. Thank you all for making this so enjoyable for us. I would not hesitate to recommend Wilson's Tea Room if you want lovely food.

We frequently have breakfast here whilst or dog is being washed just around the corner from the cafe. The breakfasts are always of good quality and generous, all menus include beverages and toast. Unless you are extremely hungry or have hollow legs best avoid the top breakfast menu, I have never been able to finish the enormous plate of food that is presented, as delicious as it is. The staff are extremely pleasant and the surroundings and atmosphere equally so.

We visited Wilson's last week and had a lovely meal. My husband had the omelette and salad and I had the Hunter's Chicken. Both delicious. Such a lovely atmosphere as well. You are made so welcome. Deb and her staff are just lovely. We go a lot and have never been disappointed.
