As a mum of 2 and breaking down roadside i was very stressed when my car was rescued by the RAC and taken to a garage to be fixed. After previous bad experiences i was not looking forward to it, however, the team here were fast to reassure me that they would do everything they could to help me, Raj in particular, so i instantly felt less anxious.
My policy allows me to have a hire car with the RAC. As there is an enterprise by the garage Raj called over to them so i left that evening with a hire car that suited my requirements as a parent, till my car was fixed. This was fantastic as it could have taken a lot longer for me to recieve a hire car from the RAC and could have been from anywhere. So grateful for the speedy response from Raj as it was one less thing to have to be concerned about...not having a car for school runs could have been a disaster.
The service i recieved was fantastic and i couldn't be happier. All thorough checks were made on my car before it was handed back over to me to again reassure of its service. A car clean was thrown in too....bonus 👍
I would highly recommend anyone in my situation/predicament to use this garage as you will not be disappointed with your service you recieve here.

Best garage ever!! So reliable, friendly and customer service is A* this is my go to garage for everything. I've had a few jobs done by them and every time I've been happy with the work, as a female I feel quiet vulnerable going to garages but not at Walsall wood tyres and service. Thanks to Raj and the team for sorting me out today and the donuts 🍩 were an added bonus! Thanks again 😀

I can't fault the staff I dealt with, Ashley on the telephone to get my vehicle booked in ( at very short notice for an air-con re charge)) and Raj at the Service desk, highly impressed with the service, you've earnt yourself a new regular customer

I have been using Walsall Wood Tyres for a few years now and they never fail to deliver. I insisted my car be dropped off to them following having to be recovered due to a CAM belt disaster.
Raj has been amazing and I’m truly grateful to him and the Team. Considering the distress I felt due to my circumstances, he sorted everything at a great price, explained every step of the way of what they needed to do with great patience and exceeded the repair time that he had originally set. The customer experience here is second to none, extremely trustworthy, knowledgeable and super friendly. I certainly wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Had 2 front tyres fitted and wheel alignment check. Great service friendly knowledgable staff would definitely recommend. Will be returning soon to get the 2 rear tyres changed.

Took my car here for its mot after being ripped off by a well known Ford dealership.
Raj and the team were especially helpful and even considered my current circumstances. After showing me the problems of what were supposed to have been fixed by the *Ford dealership*, Raj made sure my car was fixed and ready to be collected the next day. Will always use this place now

Absolutely amazing place, amazing staff who always do an amazing job! They won’t rip you off and will call you with a price before any repair takes place! So polite and courteous! Have been using for the last 5 years and will continue to do so!

Had the pleasure of dropping my van off for M&J Evans and had the luxury of watching Raj & Gav work their magic for the customers whilst I was waiting. Top class lads top class work. would for sure recommend these guys to everyone!! No nonsense clear as day trustworthy and reliable! What more can you ask for? Customers really appreciate service of this level and we bring all of our fleet vehicles here, wouldn't have it any other way!

After having my CAT stolen I called for a quote to get a replacement sorted to which Raj said not a problem and quickly came back with a competitive price and the quickest time frame to get me back on the road. Nice to come across a garage that keeps you informed and gives a high level of personal service, with nothing being too much trouble. Will definitely be going on the list of places to recommend. Been a customer at this Garage for 6 years now and wouldn't take it anywhere else. Broke down on the m42 and thankfully had the car towed to the service building and had the car back within a couple of days. They really do go above and beyond with customer service. Couldn't rate them higher.

A week ago I found myself in a little bit of a dilemma where my front spring had snapped on my car and after calling serval garages walsall wood tyres and service were only too happy to help. They were completely transparent from the off and gave me the worst case scenario in terms of price so there was no shocks which was great ( it ended up being cheaper which was a nice bonus). Unfortunately my part could only be sourced from Land Rover and there was no parts in the entire country, no one knew when they were coming in.
What a service I received as Raj worked tirelessly on chasing the parts daily and keeping my updated daily. In fact some days he updated me a few times a day where relevant. He insisted in Land Rover sending an emergency request for the part which resulted in them arriving in less than one week. This was amazing as Land Rover told me it could be 2 months.
From start to finish I received a professional and friendly service, where they couldn’t do enough to accommodate my needs. I will most definitely be recommending them in future and using again.
