Great day out visiting the splash pad area. We have returned many times and the children always have a fantastic time. Bonus is its free! its a brilliant place to visit on a budget, we need more places like this!

What a shame. Lovely park but the council have decided to restrict parking next to where the children's splash area is. Young families either have to walk further and cross a very busy ring road or picnic and play else where.

I would have given the place full stars if it had clean toilets and changing place for kids who got wet at splash pad. Please consider cleaning the toilets every couple of hours at busy times.the staff was just sitting outside splash pad.
Otherwise the park is massive and clean. Good place for weekend picnics.

I took my daughter an grandson today, it was our first time at the Arboretum. My grandson loved the splash play area it is very impressive all the children there were having such a good time. The grounds are beautiful and there is lots of benches all around the park. We also went on the boats, the price was very reasonably at 10pnd for half an hour. We had a lovely day and didn't spend much money. I think there is also a cafe there. We will definitely return, the fair was setting up as we left.
