Lovely park and splash pad. Not a lot for the younger kids, so you have to watch out for the older kids running around. Splash pad is great but has ridiculously short opening times, which means it gets absolutely packed in summer. Carpark is quite far away, which is fine for us because less people use it and we like a walk anyway, but not great for those disabled or less mobile. Overall, lovely place and loads of green space, but the park and splash area could really do with being bigger.

Park is extremely beautiful. I take walks regularly throughout the day as I live directly across from the park.
Downfall. I wish music bands didn't start their music so early in the morning & ridiculously loud. I believe they should take consideration for those who work different hours. Perhaps doing it on weekends in the afternoon and avoid doing it during the weekdays in the early mornings!

Walsall Arboretum is a good place to have a family picnic I would recommend you stay by the playground as you can get a few locals who have a drinking problem which I wouldn’t want my kids/nieces to see

Always love the arboretum to take the children. Bank holidays though be warned the play area gets rammed.

Fantastic two bank holiday with my grandkids they love it great family place water park beautiful Ice cream vans as well take a picnic what more could you want if the weather is lovely

Visit this park for exercise while enjoying the pleasant surroundings. A cupps at the cafe is also welcome at the end of a walk.

Walsall council have spent money to refurbish this Victorian park. Home to a Park Run every Saturday morning. Good cafe and visitor centre.

Lots of different areas to the park. Number of different focal points and activities to enjoy. Good for day out or walk with the dog.

Literally going to the dogs. There was a fun gatherinmg of varied breeds, who brought their owners with them Prizes were awarded to classes such as "Best rescue dog" and "Dog with the waggiest tail". The weather was fine, the contestants well behaved. There were stalls with food, drinks, etc.The only drawback in my opinion was lack of advertising. Many more people would have enjoyed the specacle if they had known of it!
