Morales came around and fixed a problem with my hot water tank. He instantly diagnosed the problem, got the part and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained everything as he was fixing the problem. Now I know what to do if the problem arises again. Would recommend him to anyone, especially since he is available 24/7 which is great for emergencies.

We contacted Morales a couple of days ago as we had problems with an old radiator. He came back today to replace said radiator, and fix other problems with the heating system. He was punctual, clean and tidy, and knowledgeable. Very fair price too. Would not hesitate to use him again.

Morales recently replaced our boiler and upgraded our gas feed as we ordered via BOXT. He came out two days before the job to inspect thoroughly to ensure his team were prepared and he could be as efficient as possible on the day of job. He explained everything to me ahead of job and offered guidance where I requested it. The workmanship and care displayed during the replacement and upgrade was superb and we are very happy. Morales has been phenomenal. Absolute earth angel and has been so kind. I am disabled and have a brain injury so my understanding has been affected but Morales has kindly explained everything and most importantly fixed the problem so I have hot water!
