I was originally a bit nervous moving our system over to Vibrant Networks, but now I have no regrets! Any time there’s an issue the team are there ready to lend a hand. Vibrant grows alongside us too – as we employ new staff members, Vibrant are quick to set them up with what they need. We’d recommend them to any other business hesitant about switching to a new IT provider.

We have used Vibrant for a variety of IT Support Services over the years. Most recently one of our teams laptops was running slowly, so they updated the RAM and offered a very fast service so we could get back up and running quickly.
Their telephone calls and emails are always answered promptly - which is so reassuring when you have an IT problem.

Vibrant Networks provide us (Del Bosque Group) with Incredible IT support and help manage our Office 365 accounts. They also recently completed a projector installation for our Birmingham offices. They supplied a special laser projector to create a sharp image that would not be affected by the sunlight in our reception. It can also be accessed wirelessly through mobile and laptop devices. A great job done by Vibrant!

I needed a laptop for my dad but the spec he wanted meant the hp laptop was going to cost over £1000. I spoke to Vibrant for one the same spec and got an amazing refurbished hp one with 12 months warranty for under half the price! Laptop looks brand new! Was packaged really well and it is a great laptop. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
