Been coming here for near enough five years consistently. Amazing staff, very helpful and knowledgable in regards to all gear. All round a great music store no matter your niche, be it recording, lights, guitar, bass or anything musical. They'll have you covered!

Absolute cracking bunch of lads. Its nice to know youre walking in to a store and speaking to musicians rather than a man trying to sell a guitar. And i cant reccomend rob and james enough so knowledge about all there products.

I Took my Danelectro in for some tlc, new strings and repair, the team did a fantastic job fitting a new jack and nut on the switch and cleaned it up great. Got a new guitar stand and some new cases whilst there, would highly recommend them.

My son has been having guitar lessons since xmas so we decided to buy him his own electric acoustic 3/4 size plus the amp the lead and bag for his birthday. Unfortunately the guitar stopped working after 3 wks. I took it back to the shop and James was apologetic he checked the guitar and the electrics had gone. He did not have the same guitar to swap so offered me another guitar that was £60 more than the original. He did a direct swap with no extra charge . How lovely x my son was over the moon with his new improved guitar . Will definitely go back here. Lovely family run business. Thank you!

Have just bought a Revelation NRB Bass from TR Music. They were so helpful, very professional, and patient with my questions, and i cannot recommend them highly enough. This is the kind of service which is all but extinct now! A proper family business, who know what they're talking about, and who treat customers properly. Phoned the shop in a bit of a panic yesterday afternoon after our speakers packed up. Told them the budget and the kitted us out with a pair of Second hand speakers at an excellent price. wonderful service and the staff can not do enough for you. they even went as far as to change the sockets on the back so our wires would fit. Thanks guys, we need to visit again in the new year.

I recently took my Fender Rumble 500v3 bass combo to TR after it had developed a fault.
I had spoken to an 'amp repair specialist' previously who didn't even want to look at it and joked that the 'D' in Class D stood for 'Don't want to know'.
The guys at TR kept me informed with regular updates and less than a week later, the combo was ready to collect, working perfectly. The repair charge was very reasonable and they gave me a three month warranty on the work that they had done.
I'm thrilled to have my combo back, working as it should and have to say that I'm very impressed with TR Music's customer service.
