The lovely people at T R Music have made the process of buying a sound system so easy and stress-free. Some friends and I needed equipment for doing small-scale gigs and weren’t really sure where or how to start sifting through the hundreds of options online. When we contacted James at T R Music, he took the time to listen to what type of events we were doing and was able to advise us on what we needed to make it happen. He drew up some options based on different price points, including essentials and optional extras that might be useful, and helped us understand the pros and cons of each option leading us to feel really confident that what we bought was exactly what we wanted. The delivery was completely seamless and super speedy and when we tried the equipment out it was everything we wanted and more. We are so happy with it all and the quality of everything is incredible. The team at T R Music went above and beyond, supporting throughout the whole process, meeting our (many!) particular needs and offering assistance for any questions about set up too, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. Just popped down this morning with a bass guitar that wasn’t feeling very well and the lads popped it straight out of the case and fixed it within minutes ! Made me 2 custom cables that look amazing , the service is second to none , I’ve used this shop a few times now and can’t recommend them enough.

T R Music never fails to deliver. We've come back over and over again and every time we leave as happy customers.<br><br>The staff are always really nice and are happy to help/advise for the best option for you. There is a huge range for everyone whether it be some percussion, guitar, keys, PA systems, or whatever music equipment suits your needs. I've managed to get percussive and guitar stuff here for great prices consistently.<br><br>I'm unsure why this shop isn't really busy. It's my favourite music instrument shop in the Walsall area. We've been to multiple across Walsall and the surrounding areas but none of them have been as good as this one. Definitely recommend.

Jim and the Bass player are really helpful 👌 really go out of there way to help you. The Bass man (sorry didn't get his name) actually drew me a diagram of how to set up my equipment which works brilliantly thankyou. Jim set up my guitar pedal for me and even went and bought cable from the shop over the road to beable to do it brilliant top blokes thanks 😊
