I have been to TR music a handful of times now, for various Guitar issues, queries and questions. Each time, the service has been phenomenal and i cannot praise or thank the staff enough. I've spoken to James and another younger member of staff on a few different occasions, and each time, they've been extremely kind, considerate, patient and helpful.
I'm not one to to go out of my way to write reviews but i felt that these guys deserved an exception.
TR Music was recommended to me by the other guitarist in the band I'm in, and now we're both singing their praises. Hands down the best music shop in my area and definitely worth the visit for any guitar services or gear you need!

I found T R Music on Google, and I’m so glad I did. So this review is for anyone like me who isn’t sure where to turn for help with music gear.
Rob cleaned and restrung my old guitar and did an absolutely fantastic, professional job. I couldn't be any more impressed. He was also incredibly kind and helpful throughout, taking the time to help me explore new accessories and offer thoughtful recommendations. Really appreciated the top-quality service. Thank you, Rob and T R Music.
Edit: I’ve been back a few times since and ended up buying more including a new electric guitar! Everyone has been so patient and took the time to explain things with real care. I absolutely love my new gears and couldn’t be happier. Thank you, James and T R music team.

Went into upgrade my speakers, James is top draw, tested several different speakers for me until I found the right ones, nothing like personel service and someone who knows his stuff to help, top marks from me.

Bought a guitar from here a few months ago, great customer service and knowledge of guitars. Took it back yesterday to change the strings and it’s never played so good. Really recommend 👍

The lovely people at T R Music have made the process of buying a sound system so easy and stress-free. Some friends and I needed equipment for doing small-scale gigs and weren’t really sure where or how to start sifting through the hundreds of options online. When we contacted James at T R Music, he took the time to listen to what type of events we were doing and was able to advise us on what we needed to make it happen. He drew up some options based on different price points, including essentials and optional extras that might be useful, and helped us understand the pros and cons of each option leading us to feel really confident that what we bought was exactly what we wanted. The delivery was completely seamless and super speedy and when we tried the equipment out it was everything we wanted and more. We are so happy with it all and the quality of everything is incredible. The team at T R Music went above and beyond, supporting throughout the whole process, meeting our (many!) particular needs and offering assistance for any questions about set up too, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. Just popped down this morning with a bass guitar that wasn’t feeling very well and the lads popped it straight out of the case and fixed it within minutes ! Made me 2 custom cables that look amazing , the service is second to none , I’ve used this shop a few times now and can’t recommend them enough.

T R Music never fails to deliver. We've come back over and over again and every time we leave as happy customers.
The staff are always really nice and are happy to help/advise for the best option for you. There is a huge range for everyone whether it be some percussion, guitar, keys, PA systems, or whatever music equipment suits your needs. I've managed to get percussive and guitar stuff here for great prices consistently.
I'm unsure why this shop isn't really busy. It's my favourite music instrument shop in the Walsall area. We've been to multiple across Walsall and the surrounding areas but none of them have been as good as this one. Definitely recommend.
