I needed to renew my motor trade insurance. Think insurance was the cheapest quote I had from many different brokers. They also catered for the type of policy I needed. Think insurance has excellent customer service. When I rang them to add a vehicle they were very polite and friendly. I have used them previously many years ago and they were nice and friendly back then too. I would highly recommend this insurance broker.

Much as we're happy with the cost etc of our insurance, we weren't terrible impressed with the lack of return calls when promised. On 3 separate occasions we were promised a return call in ' 20 mins' not one of these calls was returned the same day - one took 3 days, another we gave up waiting and rang them 2 days later. Pleasant and efficient enough once on the phone - hoping we don't need to use them for a claim.
