Client said he did business with us because of the customer service he received from me. He said I had spent a lot of time explaining everything to him back in Feb, sent emails when I said I would and called back with quotes when I said I would. He wasn't ready to go ahead then but promised to come back to me when he was, and he has. Great price for a great policy.
