I always spend time getting quotes for insurance renewals. When Ellie rang about the renewal, it was higher than I had anticipated, so I looked at new quotes to get ideas about options. I thought I had found one, but after extended discussion with Ellie and further investigation, I decided to stay with ThinkInsurance despite the increase. The reason? Cheap insurance doesn't always mean good insurance. The main issue with the cheaper options was the lack of support and delay when making a claim. It's worth the extra to have the satisfaction that a claim will be dealt with speedily. Thanks Ellie for your patience and comprehensive input into the renewal process. Ken

not insured with them rang cos their insured driver with a recovery truck damaged my parked car so I rang the company they didn't want to know only through my own insurance company which was very very very inconvenient
