It is so refreshing to find a tradesman who is simply not out to fleece customers. Ian came out at very short notice (and i mean very short) to view a flood my 84 year old mum had in her front room. Ian explained our optons and was very honest in his assesment. It would have been easy to take our money and pretend to dry the carpet and tell us everything would be ok. He refused any payment as in his assessment the carpet was beyond his services. I found this to be both refreshing and honest and I would highly recommend Ian and his services to anyone.

On top of that, he is such a genuinely nice guy. If I could choose where my money went for services, I'd choose business holders like him.

Had my carpets cleaned by Ian and his helper. Very professional, nice and polite, trustworthy and chatty chap at affordable prices. We have a dog so smells lingered in our carpets and rug; must say the smell completely disappeared and carpets look new.
