Professional and courteous installation though some of the wiring behind the box is a little shabby. The HiLook app with the system is very bad and unreliable and the hard drive interface is a little clunky to navigate.

Had new alarm system and also CCTV system fitted in November, good quality products used. No mess from installation and all rubbish removed from site. Once all were installed and tested everything was clearly explained on how to use both systems. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for security devices

Ok, I was sceptical using Swift for the simple reason of the product they use called Hikvision, on trust pilot Hikvision have awful reviews, anyway I trusted the good reviews that Swift have on Google and booked an installation.<br>When they arrived for the installation I expressed my concerns, Swift explained that the bad reviews are due to DIY installation so I trusted there judgement.<br>The guys who carried out the installation were absolutely fantastic, im a tricky customer and i wanted no cables on show or trunking, and have to say the installation was perfect, no mess, no cables on the walls, and just a very neat tidy job, I had 4 cameras installed and the whole job took them only 2 & 1/2 hours, the system they installed Hikvision is brilliant, crystal clear pictures and easy to use, they set it up to my tv in my living room and my phone, it's great, I can't comment on after service as reviewed on day one but I know they will be on the end of the phone or here if we encounter a problem, would I recommend Swift? 100 % I would, great service, great lads and great system..... Thanks 😊 ohh, I forgot to mention that there Price was a third of my other quotes, very very cheap but excellent.

Had CCTV installed outside of our Simply Gym in walsall. Extremely responsive and very professional.<br><br>Great quality for the price offered and installed quickly. I would highly suggest that if you are looking for CCTV, then give them a ring.

Great job installing new alarm system and CCTV system. The two gents worked really hard on the hottest day of the year to install the system and did a really tidy job. Took the time to talk us through the app and set it up for us on our phones afterwards. New system is working great. Would definitely highly recommend.

We highly recommend swift cctv and their team. I received a prompt response after initially contacting Lee via their website. He even came out to have a look at the property. The CCTV system was installed a few days later and I’m incredibly happy with it.

Couldn't recommend this company enough!! I had a full house alarm fitted and its great. Whenever I have user issues with the app they message me back straight away and let me know what I'm doing wrong. My alarm was going off the other day because of the bad wind in my area I contacted them and they helped me get the alarm siren to stop and came out same day to check it. Excellent company, very professional and brilliant customer service

Lee and his team were helpful from first contact and appeared knowledgeable. He came to the house to install cameras and did a proper walk around where he suggested the key areas that needed covering.<br><br>He was good value for money and provided help with how the system worked. I would definitely recommend the company!
