I needed two Xpelair extractor fans urgently - the fans were on the website, but I couldn’t get the order through. I phoned up and was helped by through the process. Not only did he process the payment, he double checked that the items were in stock. He also arranged delivery, via FedEx, such that I had my order less than 24 hours later. Fantastic service!

I had a great experience here. The only electrical supplier in the west midlands I could find that stocked 2.5mm 5 core SY cable. Ended up buying loads more stuff as its like an Aladdins cave of electrical supplies! Very friendly, funny and helpful guy. Seems family run and all the family got involved in my order which was nice. Cant comment on price too much as I'm not an electrician, but seemed more than fair for what I received!
