Had a balloon arch, organic arch and two special balloons for my 21st party and I cannot thank Sparkles enough for the beautiful arrangements they provided! Lovely little card and balloon shop and the lady is lovely. They sell little gifts and trinkets too. They do some very fancy balloon decorations! When it's busy you can't get in there though lol. Nice little village shop.
