What I absolutely love about this gym is the lady only area. I’m all in for the shared space but honestly sometimes it’s just so much better to do your thing in your own private little place. Plus I love that all the classes come free with the membership so it’s totally worth it for the money! They even let me have a free tryout for a day and showed me around on my first day. Totally recommended, great service, friendly staff and most importantly open 24 hours!!

Been going here a while, noticed over time a lot of machines are broken and they are taking a long time to fix them, causing issues when gym gets busy this time of year because less machines are becoming more difficult to get a hold of

This gym is great! I love the ladies only section, I don't have to feel insecure when exercising. There is enough equipment for everybody. New equipment been installed within last couple of months. Classes are great only been to 2 so far, as I usually cannot attend at these times. It's only 3 min away from where I live and it has a free,big car park.

Haven't been here for a few months. Antibacterial spray bottles was there but no cloths to wipe down equipment. Got here after 10pm, the car park near the entrance was pitch black no lights. Apart from that the gym is well equipped, notice more mirrors than the last time I trained.

What an amazing gym. I've been going for 3 months now approx and I ❤️ it. After being at pure gym for ages and not making any progress such as not one drip of sweat after 30 mins of legs bums and tums despite putting in all my effort, I now sweat loads at simply gym's more challenging, intensive classes such as boxing, shred - mix of spin and weights and intense circuit hyrox. This has lead to my body finally changing- more toned and slimmer waist. All the instructors are lovely, pumping great music, always clean, great gym goers...... it's like a second home 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Good sized gym. Perfect to train in the mornings as long as you don't mind alot of the weights scattered all over the floor from the night before.Gets very busy at nights and parking can be a nightmare. Seems to take a while to repair equipment when it breaks.

Good gym very big so doesnt really get cramped like most gyms. Plenty of machines available so very rarely waiting around to use them. Only downside is the weights are all over the place, seems like nobody puts anything back to the same place
