This company fitted a glass roof conservatory that leaked within 1 week after installation. Despite several attempts to make good their poor workmanship (lots of silicone, no investigation as to why it leaked) the problems remained. Long story short... County Court Case ensued, filed judgement against PVCu Direct, instructing them to pay compensation by 18th March 2020 (prior to lockdown 1). This is still owing despite all previously stated. I would not recommend this company. There is no option for zero or minus ratings. That would be a better option in this particular review.

We recently used PVCu Direct to fit our brand new windows and composite front door. We are over the moon with them and the service that we got. From initial phone enquiry to the fitting. Also a big thank you to there surveyor Andy who advised us on everything and wasn't pushy even though we changed our mind on the design of the front door numerous times.

A truly stress free experience from start to finish. Initial visit to the showroom was hassle free with no hard sell. Followed then by the survey, truly professional, again no hard sell or increase in price. Then the fantastic fitting team of Alex, Moey and Brad, first class no mess left at all. I would recommend PVCu Direct 100%, They came and fitted new French doors. Fitter's were efficient and the job was done really well, no mess left behind. Brilliant job and very pleased with the result.

We had a patio door installed by PVCu Direct, the quote was completed quickly and a very competitive price offered not overpriced and then so call discounted like a lot of other companies, we had a steel fitted and brickwork was put back as good as before, fitting of patio was completed on timescale given , both builder and fitters cleaned the area after work to a very good standard, couple of snagging issues where completed with no issues, if you are looking for windows i highly recommend yo give this company a call.

We're very happy with our new kitchen window. The team arrived in the time slot we were given and they were friendly and tidy when doing the job.
Our opening window dropped a little and started to catch on the bottom. I called the team and they came out to look. On inspection they decided to call a team fitter back out to us. However there was a considerable delay and only when I rang them weeks later did someone come out. Unfortunately this again was delayed as they were meant to come out on the Friday but got stuck on a job resulting in me calling the office again to only be told he'll now come on Monday.
My brother has used the same company and had a brilliant experience even with them needing to come out again.
The window is great and we are likely to use the same company again when we plan to change our other windows.

Everyone at PVCu Direct, from Nick, the owner, to the fitters, is friendly, professional and very helpful. We have had a conservatory from them and the standard of work was excellent, the fitters cleaned up after themselves evert day and never left us with any mess. The after sales service is also exceptional, cwe have had a couple of little niggles but after contacting Nick, they were dealt with very swiftly (usually the same day) by Stuart. We would have no hesitation in using PVCu Direct again and have recommended them to friends and family, a great, local company.

10/10! From the initial home visit from Nick through to the installation by Stuart it has been first class service. Windows and doors have been fitted perfectly and we are extremely pleased by the end result. Very competitive prices and the customer service has been second to none. Choosing a replacement patio door was a challenge due to the height. PVCu Direct guided us through the choosing. Very very happy with the whole process. Excellent. A professional business but also a company that are there for you, nothing is too much.
