First visit today from a nervous person and Mr Moore was amazing with me he instantly made me feel at ease and made my experience the best with alot of positive outcomes when I thought all was lost. he made me feel very valued and I don't feel scared to go back staff are very friendly and welcoming and definitely the best team thank you so much I am now looking forward to getting my smile and confidence back

Our first visit to this dental practice was an entirely positive experience. The receptionist was welcoming,friendly and efficient . Mr Moore put us at ease and explained everything that was required regarding treatment. Very helpful advice and information was given to support a better dental routine at home. After turning up without an appointment first thing on a Monday morning, the extremely courteous and efficient reception staff arranged for me to see my dentist within a few minutes to deal with my tooth pain. The dental treatment I get is always first class and I highly recommend Oraco dental in Pelsall.

I am a very nervous patient and needed a lot of work doing, Safa was amazing with me, very patient and kind, she made sure I understood everything that she was doing and kept me calm. Absolutely brilliant service. I went through 111 on a Saturday and they managed to get me an appointment within 30 minutes. Dr Moore knew what the problem was. Would highly recommend this dentist.

Whilst nobody really 'likes' going to the Dentist...Mr Moore and his staff have made the visits a lot more pleasant! Highly recommended 👌, all so very friendly and make you feel at ease. The communication via texts and emails is excellent, and they always call you if there has been a cancellation and can bring your appointment forward. 😀
