The dentist was very nice and patient with my son.
I was disappointed that we were called through fifteen minutes after our appointment time though and the family that had got there before me was booked in at the same time as me. I found that a little odd.

As ever, an excellent experience at the Oraco Dental Clinic. The staff are very welcoming . The clinic itself is spotlessly clean throughout. The dental surgeon and nurse take the time in explaining any course of treatment, going forward, -

I have only been going to this Dentist since last year. I am always put at ease and all the procedures are explained clearly and simply. The treatment is always good and I feel very well looked after.

Contacted the dentist for an emergency appointment at 16:50 seen by 17:40 the girl on the reception was very professional,understanding and very helpful I didn’t manage to get her name but she will know who she is, very clean environment managed to get registered also, thank you very much for putting my mind at ease!

Nothing wrong with the service and dentist/ assistants, all good. Just a bit unhappy as last time i went for a check up it was £50 which i thought was a bit steep. Today it was £23. Bit confused and was told i must have been put through as private last time by mistake.

I have been attending this dental practice for over 2 years now, and I have never felt so at ease, and confident with going to the dentist. There is always a level of professionalism from all members of staff, but also approachable and welcoming too. I would highly recommend this dentist practice to anyone, and always do when talking to friends and family! :)

Having not been to the dentist for over 20 years with very bad memory's from a child, I had no choice but to have a tooth taken out, I had already taken half of it out myself several years ago...I was looking to have sedation however oraco assured me that I would not need this.... and I have to say as a very nervous patient oraco made me feel at ease and I never even felt the injections, the tooth coming out was with no pain or discomfort, im now booked in to go back in 6 months. They where fantastic and my phobia for the dentist has been lifted can not thank them enough... no where near as bad as I thought it was going to be. Very happy...

Very caring and polite service, always welcoming and friendly. You receive a reminder for your appointment which is great. They do there best to schedule an appointment and time to meet your needs and are always willing to help and provide support in an emergency.

I was not kept waiting long, nice young dentist did the check up, everything was OK, he pointed out an area to concentrate on. It was clean and friendly staff. Only issue it the stairs are a bit steep.

I have been a patient of Mr. More for over 12 years. During this time he has always been pleasant, kind and will discuss your treatment with you and listen to your concerns and opinions . Which believe you me is quite rare at the age of 73! My last visit was on 28th April and I had treatment which lasted an hour. I was very nervous and Mr. More put me at my ease and I had every confidence in him. We are very lucky to have him and I would recommend both him and the practice to anyone.
