I have been a patient at this practice since it opened and I’m always impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - from reception to the dentists. The whole team is very welcoming and they make the experience as stress free as possible. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, all the team are amazing! I had composite bonding done today with Dr Yang and I have never been so pleased with how my teeth look, so so happy with the results and finally have a smile which I like, thank you so much!! Absolutely over the moon! x

The dentist was very nice and patient with my son.<br>I was disappointed that we were called through fifteen minutes after our appointment time though and the family that had got there before me was booked in at the same time as me. I found that a little odd.

As ever, an excellent experience at the Oraco Dental Clinic. The staff are very welcoming . The clinic itself is spotlessly clean throughout. The dental surgeon and nurse take the time in explaining any course of treatment, going forward, -<br>I feel very fortunate to be a patient at Oraco Dental PELSALL clinic. Highly recommended.

Contacted the dentist for an emergency appointment at 16:50 seen by 17:40 the girl on the reception was very professional,understanding and very helpful I didn’t manage to get her name but she will know who she is, very clean environment managed to get registered also, thank you very much for putting my mind at ease!

Nothing wrong with the service and dentist/ assistants, all good. Just a bit unhappy as last time i went for a check up it was £50 which i thought was a bit steep. Today it was £23. Bit confused and was told i must have been put through as private last time by mistake.

I have been attending this dental practice for over 2 years now, and I have never felt so at ease, and confident with going to the dentist. There is always a level of professionalism from all members of staff, but also approachable and welcoming too. I would highly recommend this dentist practice to anyone, and always do when talking to friends and family! :)

Having not been to the dentist for over 20 years with very bad memory's from a child, I had no choice but to have a tooth taken out, I had already taken half of it out myself several years ago...I was looking to have sedation however oraco assured me that I would not need this.... and I have to say as a very nervous patient oraco made me feel at ease and I never even felt the injections, the tooth coming out was with no pain or discomfort, im now booked in to go back in 6 months. They where fantastic and my phobia for the dentist has been lifted can not thank them enough... no where near as bad as I thought it was going to be. Very happy...
