Staff are always friendly and accomodating especially in emergencies. Dentists are friendly and reassuring they explain treatments before commencing I would definitely recommend this practice I have been with them since they opened and always had a good experience.

My first visit was great. Everything explained clearly and options given with clear advice. The equipment to me was state of the art. I didn’t feel like an NHS patient! I don’t think I would have got better care if I was a private patient.

On arrival found the practice was clean and had a good atmosphere. Welcomed by friendly staff. The dentist and her assistant were very calming (I am terrified of dentists) they were friendly and explained everything to me. They advised me on what I should do for my dental hygiene. Overall very impressed.

I can’t give enough praise to the dentist and staff at Oraco in Pelsall. My husband has advanced dementia and he has been treated with so much patience and understanding. Just getting him there is stressful but everyone has been so kind and understanding.
