I had an amazing experience at Oraco dental Pelsall today. From the moment I walked in, the staff were very welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable.
I was explained everything in detail by the dentist and the options I have. I felt at ease throughout the whole process and could not be more thankful to all the staff and the dentist. The entire team truly cares about their patients and will go above and beyond to provide amazing service.
I highly recommend anyone to use this practise for a smooth and fantastic experience.

Feeling very uneasy with having to go to the dentist 🦷 I’m 82 and cannot remember the last time I went for treatment! But they made me feel at ease, I thoroughly recommend Oraco dentist at Pelsall, every one was so friendly and kind, and didn’t hurt one little bit

Best dentist I have been to, so professional yet friendly and approachable. Such a change from other NHS dentists, you can tell this is also a private practice that prioritises efficiency unlike NHS dentists who like to waste time and money.

As a disabled person who has MND the staff from coming through the door to leaving were nothing but respectful and friendly.
I have issues with the water being used and the technician was excellent and I didn’t feel like I was being water boarded. I highly recommend this practice as they will not charge you for something that you don’t need. The advice is free and I will be using them as my regular Dentist. Highly recommend.
