Just had complete bathroom renovation by these guys, excellent from start to finish and absolutely lovely job, Lewis who fitted it all was excellent as was every other tradesman that came, would highly recommend and would use them again, nothing was to much trouble and they handled everything

Did a full bathroom refit last year.cracking job! Had issue with leak from radiator connected to bathroom radiator BUT not in bathroom. Called them cos leak quite bad and they came round within 10 mins AND fixed leak AND put new valves on radiator.
The man that came round was lewis. A star! Highly recommended 5 star !

Required a back to wall toilet pan seat. Struggling to find one but with advice from Joe he manages to get me a replacement. After 2 visits back to the shop I was struggling with the seat to suit my toilet and Joe explained what to do. And on my 3rd attempt it fitted perfectly. Thanks Joe excellent service

My bathroom looks stunning, very pleased with the end result. One small issue along the way but it was rectified swiftly when I expressed concern. I am a perfectionist and if I'm having a job done I want it to be exceptional. I have no problem recommending this company.

We bought all we needed to replace our bath with a walk-in shower. Everything was delivered in a couple of days , Jason, the fitter recommended by Octopus was brilliant and we are delighted with the job.
