Having had a couple of hard sell salesmen round concerning installation of a solar panel and battery system I checked to see if there was a well recommended local firm.
I found NPES solar and we couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience from start to finish.
We possibly paid a bit more than we intended and waited 3 months for installation but got a bigger system and a very smooth process.
Communication has been first class, the team pleasant, clean and professional and everything has happened seamlessly including the scaffold which was up for less than a week.
Before they left the installation team set up a very handy app with us and it’s really fascinating to see exactly what’s going on!!
We haven’t had to chase anything and NPES even sorted out a pre existing anomaly with our meter registration so we could switch energy companies.

My daughter lives in Newport, Shropshire. So I spent two days 'house sitting' for her. The installation staff were very efficient, polite. courteous and tidy in all aspects of their work. She is extremely pleased with the results. The firm have been most cooperative in all her dealings with them. Thank you very much indeed.

Absolutely fantastic service. Gary and Jon are brilliant! They explained everything so clearly, found the best solar package for it needs and price range. When it came to the installation their team were brilliant, very helpful, incredibly efficient and tidy! A brilliant company who actually care! I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Great installation of a 8.2kw battery storage. Installation was done professionally and in good time. The installers worked on the hottest day on record but did not cause them issues! Thanks
