I booked my eye test after seeing the reviews here, and I'm so glad I did. The eye test was thorough and clearly explained, and the service was friendly and professional throughout. Im really pleased with the quality of my glasses, they are comfortable and well made. My vision is crystal clear. Highly recommended!

I had a lovely experience at this opticians. The staff were amazing, especially the receptionist and Shazia. They were both so kind, patient and genuinely helpful. Shazia really took her time helping me choose the right glasses and gave honest advice. They have a great selection and variety of glasses to choose from.
The optometrist (Usamah) was fantastic. He carried out a very thorough eye examination and explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. He was friendly, kind and professional throughout.
Overall, such great service from start to finish - would highly recommend!

I received a most pleasant welcome on arrival. I was feeling fraught and nervous due to an eye health issue that has recently developed. I was given a very thorough examination, and told that my eye health was excellent, and that the issue would solve itself in a few weeks. This was a weight of my mind!
A few months earlier I received my annual eye test. The outcome was just as above. I would not go anywhere else, and have no hesitation in giving a five star review.

My husband and I are both patients at Moores. An Emergency appointment last Saturday detected a detached retina for my husband, we are so grateful for the prompt action and care by all of the staff at Moores, still recovering from emergency surgery but are hopeful that the sight has been saved.

The optician was excellent – they took the time to explain everything clearly about my eye condition and carried out several thorough checks. I had been quite worried after experiencing a burst blood vessel in my left eye, but the optician reassured me that everything was fine and that there was no cause for concern.
I left feeling much more at ease and very grateful for the care I received. Thank you to the whole team at Moores Opticians!

We have been going to Moore's for many years, and always keep returning, and they have really looked after us at each and every visit with exactly the same delivery of outstanding service. The opticians and the team have always gone out of their way to help, particularly when it has involved necessary hospital referrals, and have been extremely supportive and kept to their word at all stages. Would genuinely recommend to look after your eyes and would like say many thanks for everything that Moore's does as part of the service.

I had a fantastic experience with Moores Opticians. Lovely selection of frames, excellent customer service and Michaela, who attended to me was absolutely amazing, kind and caring. I mentioned that I would be traveling in the coming days and she saw to it that my prescription glasses were ready for pickup within 48 hours. Really pleased and would definitely recommend!
