Me and my toddler received fantastic service from Moores Opticians, it’s a relaxing atmosphere and the ladies were all very lovely and welcoming. I want to thank the optometrist who was so patient and showed great care when checking my toddlers eyes.

I booked my eye test after seeing the reviews here, and I'm so glad I did. The eye test was thorough and clearly explained, and the service was friendly and professional throughout. I had a lovely experience at this opticians. The staff were amazing, especially the receptionist and Shazia. They were both so kind, patient and genuinely helpful. Shazia really took her time helping me choose the right glasses and gave honest advice. They have a great selection and variety of glasses to choose from.
The optometrist (Usamah) was fantastic. He carried out a very thorough eye examination and explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. He was friendly, kind and professional throughout.
Overall, such great service from start to finish - would highly recommend!

I received a most pleasant welcome on arrival. I was feeling fraught and nervous due to an eye health issue that has recently developed. I was given a very thorough examination, and told that my eye health was excellent, and that the issue would solve itself in a few weeks. This was a weight of my mind!
A few months earlier I received my annual eye test. The outcome was just as above. I would not go anywhere else, and have no hesitation in giving a five star review.

The optician was excellent – they took the time to explain everything clearly about my eye condition and carried out several thorough checks. I had been quite worried after experiencing a burst blood vessel in my left eye, but the optician reassured me that everything was fine and that there was no cause for concern.
I left feeling much more at ease and very grateful for the care I received. Thank you to the whole team at Moores Opticians!
