As a young woman, it can feel a bit risky getting contractors - will I feel safe? Am I being ripped off? MJ property protect provided a detailed assessment free of charge - the quote was a much better price than I expected. Jay and his dad spent 2 days at my property and were super efficient, on time - nothing was too much trouble - they cleaned up after themselves, and importantly for me I felt totally safe by myself with them. Still need to see how the damp proof course works but with their warranty and great service I’m sure there’ll be no issues. Thanks MJ property protect!

The guys came to my property to carry out the damp proof course and was on time/ very professional and pleasant. I don't normally get a good experience with workers but this company was outstanding and I felt at ease and happy throughout the work. They was very tidy and did a great job. This was the best experience for me and my wife with work carried out on the property.

The guys came to my property to carry out the damp proof course and was on time/ very professional and pleasant. Second time the lads have done some work for me at my rental property, very professional and even went the extra mile to clean up some blocked drainage that my tenant had let build up prior to the work commencing
Jamie and the team have given me confidence to use them again for further work that needs doing later in the year and would highly recommend

The team did a fantastic job from start to finish. Communication with Jamie was easy and responded to any messages swiftly. They were really understanding with an issue that arose before the work started and assisted us with advice. We had a new damp proof course installed and wall restoration. Work was completed over a couple of days and the team were really friendly. We have received our certificates in the post already and we’re looking forward to seeing our house improve! What a fantastic service. Initially listed my requirements on Checkatrade on Monday 14th Feb and within a few minutes had a message from MJ Property Protect, spoke with Jay. I explained what I wanted and Jay gave me a quote which I was very happy about. Booked me in for Friday 18th, did the job to the highest standard. Great conversations, friendly gentlemen who cleaned up after themselves and left the place looking like how it was before the mess. Will definitely be keeping their details for any future works and they are to be recommended without a doubt. Top service lads

The lads came out to my rental property yesterday , I’d already had a good chat with Jamie and sent pictures so they came prepared to clean the mould inside the property caused from damp issues
Whilst this was being done we had a chat about the other work that needed doing to fix the rising and penetrating damp for the long run, very helpful and tenants were impressed too
Will be having them back out to finish the larger project

MJ Property Protect, what can I say? They are all diamonds! Jamie, Jim, Lei and rest of the team were fantastic. Major damp proof working on my detached house. Full power wash down, anti fungicidal spray all over, top to bottom and painted with damp proof paint. Amazed at the transformation of my house, talk of the street. They are very reliable, clean and very courteous. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Great price too. 👍👍👍

He booked us in for Thursday 21st October. His installation team was just as professional as Jamie was on time and very well presented! As promised jamie was on site throughout the whole installation process. I choose to have the dry Rod damp course and si flex waterproof render in white. The job was complete on time and to a very high spec his team worked tirelessly to complete the job and cleaned up after them selves. I would recommend these guys to any one!"

Jamie and the team carried out a damp proof injection at our property. From initial (very reasonable) quote (where everything was explained to us and evidence shown to us of moisture levels within the exterior walls) to getting the work done the team were professional, polite and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. It makes a very pleasant change to have somebody turn up on time, on the day they have arranged and to carry out the work to such a high standard and with such a friendly team. I will definately be using them again for other works and can highly recommend them.
