We went to Mims Moms for an afternoon tea. We had gift vouchers as a present. The afternoon tea itself was lovely. The food was wonderful and plenty of it. Sandwiches, salad, crisps, coleslaw and a lot of sweet treats. We also had the choice of tea or coffee. The staff are amazing, so welcoming and attentive. From the moment we walked in we felt a very warm welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It was actually nice to see the 3 ladies actually took pride and enjoyed the job they were doing. Thankyou for looking after us all.

I purchased 5 afternoon tea vouchers as a Christmas present for my family in 2019 to have some family time. Then COVID-19 and lockdowns meant we could not go. I messaged the lovely owner and she was fantastic and reassured me we could still use the vouchers whenever we were able to go. 20 months after purchase, I messaged to ask if it is still OK to use them and the owner was lovely and said of course and booked us in. So today we finally got our family afternoon tea and it was worth the wait. The food was delicious, such a variety for everyone. The unlimited tea and coffee was welcomed by us all, getting through many pots as we ate and chatted. The icing on the cake was the staff who were attentive and so friendly it was like we had been a million times. We felt comfortable and happy and enjoyed everything about it. Thank you to everyone for the perfect family afternoon. We will be visiting again in the future xxxxx

Had a fantastic time today celebrating my Parents 60th Diamond Wedding Anniversary. Thanks for a wonderful afternoon tea. Great selection of sandwiches and cakes. You made their day so special as it was in your building that they met 63 years ago. Thank you for taking the time to listen to their stories. Went here for afternoon tea with family, nothing at all was too much trouble they catered for gluten free as well as ensuring we were comfortable and happy throughout our time there. We could not of asked for a better experience for our first time visiting. We will definitely be returning.

We ordered some finger buffet for a ‘life celebration’ and we good not have been anymore impressed with the quantity and quality of the food. We will also be popping into the cafe for coffee and cake. Thankyou so much for your help on the day.

Fantastic lunch at Mims Moms today. The food was delicious and they specially catered for a friend who is vegan. Paninis were tasty and so were the cakes and milkshakes and all very reasonably priced. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The afternoon teas looked delicious, so I'll be popping back to try one of those soon. Thank you so much for a lovely lunch x

We went today for our afternoon tea that I won on the raffle. It was all ready for when we arrived so no waiting around. Really nice food and lovely and friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us :-)

I ordered an afternoon tea for my daughter’s second lockdown birthday to be delivered to her as a way to try and make up for not being able to get together. I ordered a mans afternoon tea as well as the normal one.
She was thrilled and so impressed. She said it was fantastic. The choice was great and everything was fresh and so delicious.
