My baby shower was held here on the 9th September, and I can't stress enough how amazing the venue and members of staff are.
They were very accommodating on how we wanted to decorate the room and didn't mind us bringing our own decorations and decorating ourselves. Food was served promptly once all guests had arrived, but the members of staff allowed us to chat amongst ourselves, get up and walk around and play some games. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the function. We paid £15 pp for Afternoon tea, the food was lovely, and the staff again took on board any dietary requirements and ensured everyone was happy.I would definitely recommend the cafe for any type of function, and will be popping in after my baby is born for a bite to eat and a hot drink.

We came for a hen-do in August and had the royal treatment! Our table for 12 was set up for our arrival and beautifully decorated with pretty cake stands, dainty cups and saucers and a glass of prosecco! The sandwiches and cakes were delicious, and we were offered discounted cocktails for our party too.
The ladies even packed up what we hadnt managed to eat to be collected later.Excellent value at £20 each (cocktails additional) and exceptional friendly service, they really looked after us over the 2 hours we were there. They even went as far as to track down our missing taxis, and flag down some others on the street for us!

Went yesterday for Afternoon tea to celebrate my 60th birthday & had an absolutely lovely time!. lovely fresh sandwiches & cakes, plenty of it and unlimited tea! Great friendly place, excellent service! We felt really looked after! Thanks to Mims Moms!

Went to afternoon tea today for my Nan’s 80th birthday, the ladies were lovely and extremely helpful. They also accommodated my little girl, the afternoon tea selection was lovely and tasty. I think it was the best cup of tea ever, defiantly will be returning x

Absolutely brilliant service, the lady that runs this cafe is so friendly and helpful. She moved chairs out of the way so we could get our pram in and she also washed my babies bottle for me. I felt relaxed and enjoyed my food. Will definitely go back

I visited this afternoon for afternoon tea for a friend’s hen do. The tea was excellent - lots of different sandwiches & cakes along with salads & coleslaw and an excellent selection of drinks available from the bar ��. The staff were extremely attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend Mim’s Moms.

What can I say Mims moms is so welcoming, friendly, you always get a smile, and yes they do sell lots of cakes and ice-cream, but I’m being good this week and carol the owner as made me plated salad, with ham and so much salad, I’ve also had scrambled eggs this week with tomatoes and mushrooms, and only yesterday she made me the biggest fruit salad with low fat yogurt,
I take 2 small children with me at the weekends and Carol, Debbie and staff really do go out of there way and the children and had jam or banana sandwiches and they even call Carol auntie now,
Carol is a lovely person inside and out and would recommend this lovely clean and so so friendly coffee and Champage bar to all
