Mark and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. We were on a tight deadline, but Mark delivered everything perfectly. From the start, he was incredibly helpful in working within our budget and turning our staircase into a real statement piece in our new home.
Working with oak isn’t easy, but Mark’s craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional. He was always happy to answer our questions and take on board any suggestions, making sure we got exactly the finish we wanted.
He was professional, tidy, and respectful of our home, even while other renovation work was happening around him. The finished staircase is stunning—worth every penny—and was completed right on schedule. Simon also did a great job with the final touches, and even when we asked for an extra groove for our LED lights, nothing was too much trouble.

Had our bannister replaced from dated dark spindles to white, oak and glass. What a transformation! Mark and Jake did an absolutely fantastic job, their craftsmanship is second to none!! Would 100% recommend 👌

I had architects drawings which were a waste of time and I panicked thinking I couldn't fit staircase into loft conversion avoiding new steels. Mark and Simon came round, measured up and said they could make stairs to fit. It was very tight but can say it works after having them installed today. 100% recommended

Come today and fitted some stairs for me. Quick service as they built them within a week. 10/10. Highly recommend. Will definitley use them in the future.
