I've recently had an Energy Performance Assessment with Jonathan, after an extensive Zero Carbon project at home. He's very knowledgeable and enjoyable to talk with. We got an EPC 'A' Rating which I think was a first for both of us.

I have been a landlord for a long time and have known Jonathan since his days in estate agency over 25 years ago. He always have me good advice in property and now he is doing the same with EPCs. When I am asked by friends if I know anyone who does EPCs very often the response I get when I recommend Jonathan is that someone else had already recommended him as well.
