We have used Middlebrook twice now, once for roofing, guttering repair/ replacement and secondly for upvc window replacement. Sean and his team are very reliable, affordable and up front about all costs and what does/ doesn't need doing. Work is done to a high spec, and all mess cleaned away. Mr.A Middleton fitted my double glazed windows and doors, he made a very clean and excellent job, within 2 days. There was no trouble and the work team were very polite. A job well done at a price to my liking

The team arrived to complete the installation of Gable end components to create a maintenance free roof by using white PVC Facia and Plastic tile covers. The work was completed in a good time by efficient workers who paid attention to detail and ensured that all debris was removed and the site left in good order. In my opinion a job well done!

The company came to replace some ridge tiles on my roof. They came quickly and did not cancel, even when the weather was bad! They did the work efficiently and quickly and tidied up after themselves. They were polite and friendly and didn't leave any mess. I am really pleased with the work they did and would use the again.

very competitive rates for replacement of our windows throughout our house. Polite and friendly staff and work was carried out to a very high standard and job was completed swiftly, in addition when I found a small snagging problem it was dealt with within days to a satisfactory end. my next door neighbour was also impressed with the work they carried out and I believe his daughter had them to replace their windows as well. Middlebrook Property Maintenance did our guttering, soffits and Fascias last year, they did a faultless job at a very reasonable price infact they were the cheapest quote we had out of six. I called Middlebrook Property Maintenance after being let down by another company. Middlebrook carried out the work on my house which included double glazed windows and porch and carried out extensive repairs and maintenance on my roof and chimney. They were friendly, reliable and incredible value for money. They were extremely professional and worked tirelessly to complete the work even apologising when the lack of natural daylight made it impossible to carry on. My neighbours have commented on the wonderful work of the team and the quality of whats been done. I cannot thank them enough for what they have done. Highly recommended with no reservations.

I used this company to replace a flat roof over my kitchen and laundry and was very pleased and impressed by the service received. They arrived promptly on the day agreed to carry out the work and kept me advised on progress, taking pictures of the work done. The job was carried out very neatly and all mess was cleared when the job was completed. They also replaced some tiles on the porch of the house. Would definitely recommend their services
