My garage door broke during a very cold spell. I was unable to contact any Dudley garage door specialists. MD gave assurance that they would be there on completion of their final job, which they did.
The work was inspected, I was involved and informed throughout and the work was completed. I paid the fee originally stated plus £5.00 for an excellent job.I was informed about the repair, how to maintain it and given options to change the door for a more modern one in the future.
I live alone and so I am cautions about tradesmen unknown to me. I can say that both were completely polite at all times, took time to explain and clean up after. I will also add that their van is immaculate and has a place fro everything.

phoned at 9-30am with problem with roller shutter garage door spoke to gentleman who stated he would call lunch time . arrived as promised and sorted problem in a very pleasant effiecent manner and extremely proffessional, would recommend this company to anyone who wants superb service!

Had a disaster with my garage door at 6.00pm. I rang this company in the vain hope they would be able to help that same night. They sent a repair man out who was here by 7.30 and repaired the door. Excellent service. Engineer was polite and explained the repair. Would recommend! 5 stars.

After my garage door cable snapped off while I was working out of town on a Friday. Wife rang me to tell me the door was stuck half way. Made several phone calls to various companies. Only to be told Tuesday was earliest. Then rang MD a lady on the phone told me someone will be in touch later on. True to her word I got the call. The guy told me that he will be at my house in a couple of hours. True to his word I got the call a couple of hours later The garage door was fixed. Great service even rang me back to ask if I had any other issues with door or if there was any thing else needed doing to it, this was a 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 service. Keep up the good work guys. Called the company in the afternoon as my garage door decided to fall out of its runners and the coil gave way. The guy came out to me within the hour, fixed the door and replaced the parts he needed, now it works better than ever. Really quick, reliable, efficient service. Won't have a problem with these guys.
