My 10-year-old twins and I were visiting a place in Walsall near a bakery and decided we needed to find somewhere to have a pastry, danish, anything! I put bakeries near me in Google and Mascovia Craft Bakery was top of the list. Reading the 5⭐ reviews made the decision easy, and 12 minutes later we were there.<br><br>Opening the door we experienced pure joy! The smells, the decor, the smile on the server's face. We wanted to order everything (came close😆) Pastries were a must, the fresh bottled smoothies looked [and tasted] amazing, a pizza baguette🥖 small hotdog🌭 and egg salad seeded bread roll started what turned into a feast of "Mmm!" "This is sooo good!" "We definitely need to come again!" "I need more!"😋<br><br>The pastries were cut up and shared (the photo does not do them justice). The 5⭐ s are more than worth it. Now... when are we going back?🫣

I popped in here after being recommended by a few colleagues at the council. Oh my days. It took me a good 15 minutes to chose what I wanted. I ended up with poppy cheesecake..divine peach cheese cake smells sooooo good and tasted even better. The breads and croissants will be tried today. Oh and the plum marmalade donuts were absolutely the best!

I use this bakery everytime I go swimming. The sour dough bread and rolls are top notch. The cakes are sublime, & yesterday I bought a chocolate and cherry celebration cake for my husbands birthday, it was so tasty 😀. Love this place. The girls are friendly too, it’s a fabulous little gem of a bakery.

We have been using masonic bakery for some weeks now, very impressed with bread, cobs and cakes all beautiful and fresh. Shop is immaculate, the staff very pleasant.<br>Want go anywhere else for our bread and cakes love this place.<br>Thank to all staff.

This is a little piece of heaven close by to our house. We had three pastries that we enjoyed after a long walk around the arboretum. Delicious and really reasonable too.

This bakery offers exceptional products, undoubtedly deserving a 5-star rating. However, I must express my disappointment with the customer service, which I would rate as a 2. Whenever I visit, I often encounter a staff member who struggles to answer basic questions about their products. As a foreigner, I believe it is essential for counter personnel to have a reasonable command of English to provide adequate assistance and knowledge about their offerings.<br><br>Another drawback is the lack of responsiveness to emails sent to the company; unfortunately, my inquiries have gone unanswered. Additionally, the inability to pre-order items is quite inconvenient. Due to their late opening hours, it becomes challenging for me to purchase what I want before work, as most items are already sold out by the time I can visit later in the day.<br><br>In conclusion, the bakery's products are outstanding, but improvements are needed in terms of customer service, communication, and pre-order options.
