Masovia Craft Bakery is a hidden gem conveniently situated in Lichfield Street in the centre of Walsall.  Since its opening in October 2021, it has become a firm favourite with customers due to its freshly baked produce using only quality ingredients.

Originally the brainchild of Polish-born Pawel Podolak and his brother-in-law Krzysztof Podolak, the Masovia Craft Bakery came about after the success of parent company, Bakery Mazowsze. With a passion for traditional Polish food inspired by their heritage, the pair set up a small bakery in 2006. A now thriving family business that focuses on business-to-business sales to more than 300 stores, an expansion was inevitable. Branching out to serve walk-in customers daily, Masovia was born.

Masovia Craft Bakery is headed up by by Gregg who has a many years industry experience and prides himself on being able to listen to his customers and provide an exceptional service at very competitive prices.
 
Gregg believes it is important to focus on the design, the taste, the look and the flavour of their products and each individual cake or loaf of bread has been tried and tested to ensure its perfection.
 
Masovia Bakery is proud of their Food Hygiene Rating of 5.
