Training is provided to a very high standard. I have had a couple of training days with Karisa recently. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable about the health and social care sector and they ensure you fully understand all areas of the training and that you feel competent before leaving. No question is a silly question, which really puts people at ease.
Training is provided in an inclusive way that people of different abilities/ experiences can all relate to without feeling singled out.
You are also provided with a detailed print out booklet to take away with you. I found this very useful when needing to refer back to ensure I was carrying out the task correctly.
