The training was fantastic , amazing and educative, indeed Mrs Lea was a great tutor , I really enjoyed her teaching and I learnt a lot. Moreover. I am now able to make use of Hoist, Slide sheet , sling and other equipments when taking care of the client/ service user

Very thorough course. Lea added lots of mini relatable examples to help aid the training which made the content more memorable. This is my second course with Karisa and Lea. Both have been enjoyable considering the fact its training!

Lee did a great job, very friendly she explained, demonstrate the practial training very well. She was very engaging and humours whilst teaching the subject this kept the individuals interested throughout the training course. I feel as if I have expand within my knowledge within how to hoisting, the course was very informative, interesting.
