A welcoming and safe experience - thinking there was a big, complicated job that needed doing, the technician undertook a thorough examination before finding that the gearbox was fine, the wheel nuts just weren’t done up!!!
We had a good bit of banter and I nearly ran over the apprentice… I will be back!!

So glad I found this garage. James diagnosed my cars issue very quickly when another garage couldn’t. Within a week, the part had been ordered and the car fixed and MOT’d. Will definitely use this garage in the future when needed.

First time using this garage after my EV started having problems. I struggled to find somewhere that works on EVs, but they were really helpful from the start and got me booked in quickly.
The team were friendly and kept me updated throughout. They also dealt with my RAC warranty and clearly explained what was and wasn’t covered before doing any work.
When I collected the car, James took the time to explain everything he’d found and answered all my questions. Great communication and customer service – I’d definitely recommend them. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great people at this garage. So helpful today, they were shovelling snow and ice and got my car up the steep slope for me, when I got stuck and couldn't manage it myself. Great garage as well.

I had 3 seized Glowplugs on my VW transporter. The two previous Garages I had taken the van too, were talking about having to remove the head gasket etc etc. I searched the Internet to locate somebody with the skills, and equipment to remove them.
I picked my vehicle up yesterday, job done, no problems. James had professionally drilled, tapped and removed them all, no drama. The full experience of dealing with the team was easy, professional. Very engaging, helpful staff.

Instead, they contacted me as soon as they discovered a more serious underlying issue and openly advised against proceeding, even though it meant losing out on the job.
They explained everything clearly, gave me straightforward advice, and even waived the diagnostic fee for the time they had already spent. It’s rare to find a garage that prioritises integrity over profit, and I’m genuinely grateful for how they handled the situation.

I took my Jaguar XF with a blocked DPF, and while many garages overcharge and take advantage of situations like this by adding additional service costs - James Price Garage did the complete opposite. I dropped the car off at 2:00pm and it was ready for collection the very same day.
A special thank you to Chloe and Emma at the front desk, who were incredibly helpful, friendly, and reassuring throughout. And John, my mechanic, was open, honest, and took the time to explain exactly what he had done, along with practical advice to help prevent future DPF issues.
I am genuinely grateful to have finally found a garage that truly cares, provides fair and realistic pricing, and understands the pressures of the current economic climate. Their integrity and customer-first approach is second to none.
