Very friendly and welcoming, explained everything and full of good advice including if a piercing will work with your anatomy and alternatives....also fantastic choice of pretties! The customer care is fantastic and doesn't end when you leave the shop....would highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing place ! Stunning little shop, immaculately clean. I have had numerous piercings by Vikki and I will never go anywhere else. All my piercings have healed perfectly whereas my older ones from other piercers from years ago I still struggle with. I will be taking my daughter's here for future piercings, do not hesitate to choose Vikki, her knowledge is extensive and you will not be welcomed anywhere else more walmly. She will put you at ease and is as fast as lightening, which is always good. Go get a new shiney, you will not regret it xxx

Myself and my fiancée have been using Hole lotta love for multiple piercings over the last 2 years or so, Vicki has great customer service with an extensive knowledge of the trade and she is always happy to give helpful advice and aftercare. They only use the best quality jewellery and have some great stylish pieces, the most professional piercing shop I have used and now the only one I will use.

I’ve been to see Vicky at hole lotta love in Walsall a few times. Well actually more than a few I’ve had multiple piercings and jewellery upgrades from her. Her knowledge expertise and general loveliness is why I travel an hour to see her. I adore all of my piercings and she’s so talented. The level of care and aftercare is unbelievable and her studio is stunning. Lots of choice of jewellery including high end pieces which are all available to buy. She always has lots of new pieces and stuff I’ve seen nowhere else. I’m seriously in love with this lady and can’t recommend her enough. Top five star service.

An amazing professional service from start to check up 4 weeks later. Vicki is a great lady and a wicked piercer who has your best intrests at heart. She is the only piercer i will trust as of now. Had the most amazing experience getting my septum pierced today! Vicki is the loveliest person and made me feel so at ease that I was almost sad to leave ☺️ also having a checkup booked is really reassuring in case something goes iffy in the healing process and I don’t have the expert eye to pick up on it!

Absolutely bloody lovely lady and so wonderful with me when I was feeling a bit worried! Looked after myself and my daughter 100% and can’t thank her enough for what she did for us both today! Made me feel really relaxed and it was a super quick, but amazingly professional job! I would highly recommend for any piercing be it your first or 50th! Many thanks again and see you in 5 weeks!

7 piercings by vicki which have healed healthily with no issues. She is so amazing and always happy to answer any questions. Makes you feel so at ease and I wouldn’t recommend a piercer more than her. Her work is incredible xx

Absolutely awesome piercer!! Great friendly service and would recommend Vikki to anyone looking to get a top quality piercing! Have had 2 done in as many months - conch and tragus, the wife's had a conch piercing, 3 of my sister in law's have now had piercings and are really happy with them!! Great aftercare too and no question/query is too silly/daft!!
