Always love coming to Vikki (Emma and Hattie are wonderful too). I needed some help after my health affecting my piercings and having to take jewellery out for a procedure. They were helpful, accommodating and spent time with me discussing my options. Such kind and genuine service.

My daughter was nervous as it was her 1st piercing but they put her at ease & were very welcoming. They're connected to Underground Tattoo Studios, so I was a bit confused about the name/place. The piercing studios is a separate place next to the tattoo shop. Really nice atmosphere with lovely people.

An incredible experience.
I got my tongue pierced by Hattie a few days ago as part of their £30 Saturday deal (I sincerely hope they keep this going as a long-term offer) and the amount of professionalism that she conducted herself with was astounding.
She took the time to ensure I was comfortable and gave me all the necessary information to keep my piercing clean while healing. She set my mind at ease where swelling and infection were concerned and booked me in for a 2-week check-up and jewellery downsize - which as an immunosuppressed individual, was beyond appreciated.
To add the cherry on top, a few days later when I was worrying about my piercing bleeding, she answered the Instagram DM within the hour, with reassurance and advice.
Overall, I recommend Hole Lotta Love Body Piercing to anyone wanting a calming environment to have a needle shoved through a body part. I couldn't be happier, and she already knows I'll be back for seconds... and thirds... and so on... :)

I had my nose pierced whilst on holiday in Wales and unfortunately the stud fell out. I couldn't get the jewellery back in so I contacted the lovely ladies at Hole Lotta Love who squeezed me in the very next day. Not only did Hattie manage to get the jewellery back in but also gave me information and tips on keeping it clean as well as how to heal the bump which has appeared next to my piercing. Very professional lady and very clean studio. I highly recommend and I am heading back for a jewellery change later this year.

Today I have been for two piercings at Hole Lotta Love. Amazing service from start to finish, making sure I was happy with the placement and gave me advice on the aftercare. They even do a return visit to check the piercing is healing properly.

My 6 year old daughter had her ears peirced else where and it got infected

I will never go anywhere else again!! I first went to Hole Lotta Love a week ago to have 5 of my piercings changed to new jewellery and today had 2 new piercings. Emma was so lovely and accommodating. My previous piercings were causing me a lot of discomfort but having them changed to jewellery from Hole Lotta Love has helped to heal them and I finally like my piercings!! The jewellery is of great quality and Emma is so professional as well as friendly. For the quality, choice of jewellery, professionalism and friendliness it is definitely worth the price! Can't wait to get more!!

Had 6 piercings with Vicki,not a problem with anyone of them,Vicki is Amazing at her job,so knowledgeable & will not Pierce for the sake of it,she has actually advised me to wait today until I can have my next one done which I am grateful for the honesty & care.
Emma took my piercings out yesterday & put Plexi Pieces in,again done with great care & Vicki put them all back in today again,dont even know anythings been done. All beautiful ladies that work there,inside & out. Can't speak highly enough of them.

Super happy I came across Hole Lotta Love, Vicki helped to rescue some piercings I had done elsewhere which I was unhappy with. 4 weeks on they have settled amazingly. Vicki went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and well informed about the process from start to finish. So pleased with the result and can't recommend this place enough! 😊

Had my nose pierced here a few months back. Emma was great she really explained the process and after care and it looked great. The ball fell off a little while ago and when i phoned up Vicky got me in a few hours later and fixed it for me. She also gave me really good advice for getting rid of an irritation bump which has now completely gone! She even gave me advice on a piercing she didn’t do! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place highly enough :)

I popped to see the lovely Vicky after having a helix piercing earlier in the week at a different studio. Unfortunately the piercing done by someone else was fitted with the incorrect jewellery and left me with a very uncomfortable ear. Vicky was so welcoming and knowledgable, luckily she was able to remove the jewellery and fit me with a new piece that not only looks beautiful but will allow my piercing to heal properly and comfortably. I’m so grateful and will only be visiting Vicki for all my piercings in the future.
