The Hole in the Wall is a fabulous fabric, haberdashery and curtain shop. They seem to have everything for the hobby sewer to professionals. Nothing is too much trouble either. Jenny handled an enormous roll of wadding with consumate ease to serve my requirements. Thanks Jenny!

Fabulous fabric store with thousands of fabric and accessories for every need, staff are very knowledgeable professional and friendly I had a very lovely assistant called Jenny who made my buying experience an absolute pleasure. Will definitely be back.

We Cannot recommend Hole in the Wall enough!
Having just spent the morning rummaging through all of the wonderful rolls of fabrics in there, we found exactly what we needed!

Great place.ive been going to hobby club for 7years.
I didn't know how to sew when I turned up there.
I've done knitting mostly.but I've learnt a great deal of sewing projects.thanks to the staff here.
I've done a few classes .my shift allowing.
But mostly had a lot of laughs in the hobby club
Abi is a star.she shows you how to make garments like a pro.i hope clubs n classes keep going forever .they have great Christmas fabric in at moment.and advent calendar s to stitch
Also some lovely colours in needle cord for the winter cold months .worth a visit.
We need these shops to stay open.sewing is an Art

Fab shop very helpful staff, fabric is beautiful, I go to sewing classes. learnt so much. Abi has fantastic knowledge and teaches well. Classes are such fun recommend anyone to go learn sew in a lovely friendly atmosphere.

Hole In The Wall in Walsall is an amazing place, full of beautiful fabrics, inspiration, and creative ideas. I’ve been attending the hobby club workshops for a couple of years now, and they’ve been fantastic. Abi, who runs the sessions, is truly amazing, she guides you through everything from understanding the pattern to creating the final piece.
I’ve learned so much from her that I now feel confident tackling projects I never would have attempted before. Highly recommend to anyone who loves sewing or wants to learn something new or just buy some fabric. .
