Fast service good price haven't had the sweets yet they are for Xmas the only negative thing I would say as there was a note on the top of the box for it not to be left outside but the delivery driver did that's not there fault

Love the 6 packs of freeze dried sweets I bought! Such a great deal! Even came with a free bottle of cherry freeze prime (my brother had that as I am not a prime fan ha ha). Delivery was quick and the package was well secure. No leaks of anything. No open packets. Packed wonderfully and also taste amazingggg!

Upon arrival, I noticed some items missing. Emailed H & Jodies and they replied with a really short amount of time to apologise and say that they had sent the missing items. Great customer service (and the sweets are nice too!)

Came fairly quickly. The cardboard wrapping the cans came in I found cool (don’t ask why), but overall for my first time using them, I’m impressed. And obviously I got what I ordered, so no complaints there

Had an issue via a tiktok order which had been delayed. H&Jodies contacted me personally apologised for this and quickly turned around with a replacement for me. Which came the next working day. The team and staff on tiktok lives are so lovely and their customers service is outstanding, not mentioning all the sweets too! I love all what I have ordered. Thank you.
