David at Guitaria really knows his stuff, is patient and able to teach at your level or pace. You do have to be will to put the practice in between lessons, as with anything, practice makes progress. The lessons are carried out over the internet via Zoom for me, this fits in well with my work and life schedule. He is able to postpone of move some lessons on accessions with enough notice. David is based in Walsall and able to teach you anywhere due to the internet, I even had one of my lessons from a hotel room whilst away from home, you just need Wi-Fi or mobile data. I thought I might be one of those people who were unreachable, I have been proved wrong. I has been a great pleasure to be able to create a recognisable sound from my guitar in weeks. There are meetings organised where students can get together and learn in a group face to face which creates a sense of community. I can definitely recommend Guitaria.

Love my lessons with David. I've gone from a complete novice to passing 3 grades and now working on my next grade. I've learnt so many techniques and skills, but most of all it's so relaxing to learn to play. I've even performed live at David's student concerts! Highly recommended

David is a fantastic guitar tutor and the weekly sessions he has with my little boy are literally the highlight of his week. Even though the lessons are online, they work so well and that’s down to David’s teaching style and ability to get the best out of every session, with additional support when needed.

David is an excellent and patient teacher.
Each week I can see genuine progress whereas before when I was just relying on YouTube videos I struggled with motivation and plateaued quickly.
Having a live video lesson is every bit as worthwhile as an in-person lesson because you still get the instant feedback needed to confirm that what you're doing is correct.

David has taught my daughter for about 4 months. We are extremely pleased with the progress she has made and the understanding that she shows. She is very shy but after a few months built up confidence talking to him, which is fantastic.

My daughter started lessons with David during lockdown, he has been able to engage well with her which is a feat in itself and her playing is rapidly improving. David was very helpful in getting her guitar set up corrected and is very encouraging with suggesting grade exams etc. We would recommend David highly to any potential client 🎸🎼

David is incredibly efficient teacher for my son. David has completely transformed the way my son plays since my son was introduced to guitar, there are so much more feeling, sleekness, and accuracy in his pieces now.
David is extremely through and careful in his approach, yet very nice, friendly and gives encouragement and confidence. Finally, being myself into music I can confidently say that David has excellent skills and enthusiasm.
We highly recommend him.

Excellent lesson with Guitaria Tuition, held virtually due to COVID but that didn’t stop the quality of service provided which was 2nd to non! Having never picked up a guitar previously I had little knowledge but I had learnt afew tunes in no time. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a very experienced, professional and knowledgable teacher!

This is testament to Dave's patient tuition, he allows our son to learn at his own pace.
We had in person lessons before lock down and Skype lessons since then and the remote lessons work really well.

I would recommend David to anyone who wants to learn to play (better) - I don't think anyone could not appreciate his highly professional and calm teaching style. He's a great guy with a great personality - impossible not to like him!
I had been mainly self taught and had no idea about technique or playing solos. David demystified the fretboard to me so quickly, he opened up a new world to me. Only because of him I sometimes get goosebumps and (positive) heat rashes from my own practising and playing (even if still on a simple level, as there's still much to learn!). No YouTube lesson could have remotely replaced his tutoring, so don't hesitate, whether you're a novice or advanced player - this is your guy!
Oh and even his online lessons are great - don't be afraid!

I’m retired and took up the guitar as a new interest about 18 months ago. I’ve never regarded myself as musically inclined but under David’s guidance I’ve been amazed at how much I’ve enjoyed it and how far I’ve progressed. Far exceeding my initial expectations. I can thoroughly David’s tuition and recommend the guitar as a stimulating hobby.

Aspiration to learn the guitar? Look no further than Guitaria! I started learning at 50 years of age, and 7 months later, I know how to play 3 songs, scales, chords and now learning new techniques. The teaching style is very relaxed and structured making it very easy. Great value for money too. Stop thinking about playing the guitar, and do it !

I connected to David through another group, I was looking for guitar lessons and wanted someone who could provide a person centered approach. David's teaching method blends individual aspects of learning the guitar into manageable bit sized chunks allowing you to not only learn the techniques but also experiment with different chord progressions, strumming patterns and then link them to other techniques.
He provides a simply but effective method which for the money is outstanding.
My only surprise is how much he charges - honesty get in there now before he realises he could charge more.
First class teacher can't recommend him enough.

Excellent teacher. Patient, understanding and willing to work at your pace. Very relaxed and provides good coaching. Planning achievable targets, with structure makes the lessons enjoyable! I look forward to my sessions. Definitely a great inclusion for best if Walsall!

Awesome guitar teacher and lovely bloke. I have developed my guitar skills so much in just over a year and can now play many of my favourite songs.
