Definitely worth the visit!! All of the staff are lovely, very caring for your needs. Denis especially makes the night worth while, what a gem, a huge asset to the casino.

Enjoy the time spent all members of staff helpful and pleasant. Sham Davide and Maurice, last week were very good to me. Sean leaving today Sunday will be missed. All make entertainment for both my husband and myself.

The food on Thirsdsy was lovely 2 courses for £12.95 or 3 for £13.95 what great value. Another £3 each got us a cinema ticket too.
The staff are always really friendly p, service is great and so is the food.
Go on a Saturday night and there is usually a singer on.

As a regular at grosvenor casino I find the staff extremely welcoming. I must highly commend the excellent customer service I receive by the receptionists Angel, Kylie & Tina who are extremely welcoming upon arrival. The friendly atmosphere created by the staff make for a great night out for any occasion.

It's my third time here and I have to say the atmosphere is very welcoming and the most the staff are friendly especially angel who truly lives up to the name she was given :-) smiley face for you angel "F" it you deserve two :-)

My friend invited me here as I was feeling a little low. We were welcomed by a friendly young lady. We went and played the roulette and although I didn't win, I didn't lose either. A good atmosphere and a fun time had.

As a regular visitor to the casino , I have to say that the place is a great night out . Entertainment is normally top notch over the weekend and the casino floor is buzzing .

This casino has a fantastic atmosphere with friendly staff who have always got time for you. Hayley on reception always has a smile on her face and is a very welcoming person as you walk through the door. The food is of a very high standard, always cooked well and served quite quickly. Most Saturday nights entertainment is provided in the way of a singer. Should you be lucky enough to win then a visit to the cashier will provide you with your winnings and again the staff there are polite and efficient with the likes of Denis who always has time for you. A great night awaits you.

This is the second time I've eaten here. The food is tasty and good value for money. Staff are friendly and I'd recommend booking on a Saturday night. There can also be a tribute act singing in the background on a Saturday evening. Not fine dining, but decent wholesome food at a good price.

We held a Charity Fund Raiser at Grosvenor Casino last night and were extremely impressed both by the helpfulness of the staff and the quality of the food served. A great night was had by all and a big thank you to Grosvenor for their generosity in ensuring all proceeds from the evening went to charity. This is a great venue to celebrate a special occasion or just have a good night out.!

Typical casino. Bit rough and dated staff are polite. Great food. Can be a place to chill out. Must be a member but you can sign up if you have photo id. Drivers licence or pasport.
