We always end up going in here when the free buffet is on but we don't order that-the food and service is great in here and I would never have expected that from a casino!

What can I say.... Thought I'd pop in for a couple of free sandwiches and ended up on the table!!!
Not a place for someone who earns just around £300 a week and has kids to feed!!! Is my first time and sorry to say itl b my last (can't afford it!) but can still say it's a nice place for people who don't know what to do with there hard earnt cash (depending on how they've earnt it!!) will most likly enjoy the nite.... Was amazed to see so many players suited n booted like they were going to a wedding/funeral but I guess that's the company's dress code (I daint look bad either)

As I frequently stay in the Midlands I often visit this casino partly because it is close to the Holiday Inn Express and partly because it generally has a good atmosphere. The bar and restaurant offer excellent value and the staff are always pleasant and helpful.
There is no pressure to gamble. Even if you are not gambling it is worth signing up for their (free) loyalty card as even drinks, snacks and meals qualify for loyalty points.
The large free car park is an added bonus.

A great fun night out, only take with you what you intend to spend and if you come away with more it's a bonus!
We also ate from the bar menu last night, the food was reasonably priced as well as being good quality.

Often spent an evening here, its important not to go mad. But if you can control yourself you can get a decent drink(a little more pricey than pubs) some ok pub styled food in the bar area. The option of a dining area if you want a little more again its a good quality. Usually on a Saturday there is some kind of entertainment, starts about 10.00pm and lasts a round 2 hours. Its usually ok and can sometimes be good background music if you decide to play the tables or machines. Its also worth a visit if you want to watch sport on the TV as they will have all the football etc showing around the casino. You could even drop in after the cinema as its just next door. The service is always good and the casino is always clean and tidy

I really like this casino, I've been back several times and It puts other casinos in bigger towns and cities to shame. Having been to many casinos in the midlands and surrounding areas, I didn't expect such a good one to be in Walsall ( without being rude to Walsall ) but they have made a really good job of this one.
Its quite big in there. A nice bar area, with plenty of room to have a drink, a restaurant that has had many excellent reviews and a good sized gaming space. It also has a large separate electronic gaming area with touchbet roulette and plenty of multi game fruit machines. Valets are always around to get drinks and food ( the bar menu is good too, the ultimate burger is great if you have a big appetite like me. ) and it has a big poker room next to the gaming floor, although I haven't been in it yet.
Make no mistake the staff keep this place well, and that's applaudable in todays competitive casino market. So if you're in the area, give this a try.

Bar none the best customer service locally. My compliments to the management for achieving such high standards. Very refreshing.

Well above the standard of popular local eateries such as Ye Olde Lodge and those two average eateries next door ( Cinnamon Court & Chiquitos ) all venues could learn a lesson in customer service from the G... Tastefully decorated, very comfortable and well within anyone's dining budget.
I wholeheartedly recommend the restaurants' cinema deal.

I booked a Casino night for a surprise birthday present for my partner, we had a brilliant night! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We received expert tuition on the games and a delicious meal too!

I have been to many events at the Grosvenor G Casino in Walsall and all I can say is wow!! The first thing that strikes you is the amazing friendly atmosphere created by the team. The food in the restaurant is absolutely beautiful and again the staff are so service orientated. Dawn who is the sales manager is so talented at creating wonderful events like the Be Gorgeous nights which are an experience to behold. The Casino itself exudes luxury and is an ideal venue for any party large or small or even a romantic meal for two. Highly recommend it.

You saved us a lovely table and the staff were helpful and efficient. The food was piping hot and plentiful. When we were leaving after an enlightening pyschic experience the casino was buzzing and we left on a high vowing to defiantly redo this experience again.

The food was yummy, the tutorial was great fun and the karaoke was brill!
