Friendly, organised and helpful. The staff have time for the customers and will help and answer questions when needed. They broadcast some live sports too.

Grosvenor Casino is extremely friendly and a really nice place to go for your night out. All staff are attentive especially the bar staff nothing is to much trouble for them they go out of there way to help you. Food is very good also. I would recommend it for any e considering a different night out. Paul Edmonds

Came here on Saturday night for the first time to celebrate my partners birthday. I found the night really enjoyable, staff were all friendly especially Dawn who showed us around and helped us to get the best package for our money. The food was top quality and very reasonably priced, the entertainment was great (Tina Turner act) and it was nice to have a little flutter while we were there. On the whole, a great night out. Will deffo be returning
