Franklins is a family run business and as such care about their product. We are not just a number (or address) to them, we are their customers and this really shows from the initial contact, to their excellent communications all the way through to the fantastic chaps, Simon and Kieran who turned up to do the job. To say that the property in France was difficult to access was an understatement and despite that they managed with great skill. They then loaded and unloaded with meticulous efficiency and consummate care . Excellent work - top class and 5 star!

Can’t recommend this company enough, from the moment Ben visited to provide a quote to the guys coming to our house to pack! Took one day to pack the house and another to load. We travelled to France and they followed a few days later. Simon and Kieran never stopped until the job was done. Cracking guys highly professional and got the job done in no time. Highly recommended, family run business, great communication, couldn’t do enough for us. Can’t go wrong with Franklin’s!!

Franklins Removals moved everything of our 3 bed house from UK to southern France (June 2020). Pick-up was punctual at 8am and next day at 6pm all our stuff was safely unloaded 1200km more south. Drivers kept us updated about their journey. We asked quotes from several companies and Franklins service/price ratio was best. Can only recommend them.

We would 100% recommend Franklins. We can't praise them highly enough. Ben in the office was extremely helpful and answered all our questions and was really prompt with his replies. Frazer and Simon helped us move from the UK to South West France (yesterday and today). They were friendly but extremely polite and professional. Last week Franklins moved the contents of our French house to our house in the UK. My partner and I were highly impressed with the service they offer and would definitely recommend them. Our first contact was with Ben on the phone. He was friendly, reliable and gave us clear information about the move. He quickly earned our trust.
Simon and Frazer were our drivers/packers. They were faultless. Considerate, careful and efficient. We were pleased that Simon and Frazer also delivered our goods to our house where they were just as careful, considerate and efficient as they were in France.
