Superb service from Flooring Surgeons. The initial request for sample was processed quickly and I received a follow up call shortly afterwards by Paolo. Excellent service when ordering and company allowed choice of delivery dates. The quality of the product itself is absolutely superb, looks and feels like real wood and carpenter said it was very easy to work with. The whole team, Sales, customer Services and delivery were amazing and I was very impressed. Would thoroughly recommend Flooring Surgeons and will definitely use again in the future.

We felt compelled to write a review , as Flooring surgeons are probably the best contractor overall we've had work at our property .We attended the Halesowen shop being served by Harvey , he was easy to talk to ,offered some great advice , made us feel at ease, and obviously knew his job inside out . He scheduled a home visit by Ed and we left with some samples .<br>Again when Ed arrived he was as equally professional , gave us good advice , measuring up and left promising a quote within 24 hours .The quote arrived promptly was easy to read , and itemised .It was actually more than we had budgeted for ( we are doing a mini house renovation in multiple rooms) , so my husband gave Ed a call . My husband had realised that by having a straight board rather than herringbone ( due to waste cuts) would bring the flooring into budget, and discussed this with Ed . During the call Ed was again curteous,open and helpful on the rethink on the flooring .My husband remarked how impressed he was with Ed's professionalism and knowledge. Our requote arrived within 24 hours which we accepted , and a date was set up to fit new flooring and skirting board in our living room .<br>The fitters Leon and his colleague were absolutely EXCELLENT . They fitted the new floor and skirting so well, we are chuffed . Their cuts around door frames were so tight , they finished off the flooring into other rooms with trims and door bars cut perfectly . They also boxed in a new fireplace really professionally, which was a difficult job , and took some thought by Leon . They were quick ,clean , friendly and again obviously knew their job inside out .<br>We will be having another room upstairs fitted by Flooring Surgeons later this year , maybe two . We have recommended them to family , and wouldn't hestitate to recommened them to anybody who wants flooring fitted by a professional team .<br><br>Amanda Canny .

Harvey at flooring Surgeons , made us feel very welcome from the minute we walked in the door. I needed a wooden floor for my parents house as carpet was becoming to much trouble for them now. Harvey put me right with which floor to chose for them as I didn't have a clue. It was all sorted and Ed was sent out to check my measurements and tell us if there was any problems before the floor was layed. Again great guy and all sorted also very quickly. The floor was ordered and within days Harvey had got the fitting day in within a day or two as I worried about mum and dad on the bare floorboards which weren't very good!<br>The fitters came , fixed old floorboards, fitted the beautiful new floor down and beaded it and shaved a door in two rooms and it was all done !! One day ! Unbelievable and very well done!<br>Lovely guys all round , lovely price and the floor looks amazing.<br>I went here only after reading reviews !<br>Reviews count ! And they deserve top reviews ! Thank you so much , my parents are very happy which makes me happy too. 😊😊😊

I purchased engineered floor boards and accessories, together with fitting. I am very pleased with the result - the floor looks immaculate. Working with Harvey at Flooring Surgeons was a pleasure throughout. He helped me choose the floor that would best suit my space, sent out samples to make the choice of colour easier, and finally arranged fitting at the date that suited me. We were about to purchase a home and needed new floor before other work could be done and furniture could be brought in - Flooring Surgeons made sure it happened exactly when needed.<br>There was a little hitch during the fitting (1 box of the wrong boards was sent with the fitters), but the fitters and the office worked together to make sure this was resolved within an hour.<br>Very pleased with the new floor and can recommend Flooring Surgeons to anyone.

The products I wanted were easy to order and arrived on my chosen delivery date. The courier parked the pallet at my door step as promised. The flooring is beautiful and was easy to click together, there are two sorts of board in each pack labelled "A" or "B" on the reverse, you need to use them in pairs to create the herringbone pattern, eg As north south, Bs east west. The finished floor is every bit as good as I thought it would be and the oak pattern even seems to hide the fall out from my very large hairy dog.

Great service from start to finish!<br>Ordering made simple with all the requirement met.<br>Fitting arrived at 8am finished around 3.5 hours later to a top standard - even removing footwear and cleaning up after them selves!
