Very happy with goods. However you might want to reconsider which pallet delivery service you use. Driver turned up at 1.00pm although I was told it would be a late delivery between 4pm and 6pm. Then he was unable to lift the goods with his equipment and had to pass the goods to my builders from side of his lorry.

Had new laminate flooring from flooring surgeons in Halesowen. From start to finish what great professional service this company has given me. from the showroom to fitting. The day of fitting young professional lad Ryan worked rely hard all day and made a excellent job of my new flooring. Ryan it was a pleasure having you doing work for me. Top lad. Excellent company 👍👍

Ed in the showroom was great and helped us with our choice without being pushy.<br>Love the floor we chose. I will be going back to get stair carpet too when we are ready.<br>The fitter had to cut the wood in the rain until I gave him my large parasol to work under. So it was a bit messy with them going in and out with the sawdust but they did clean up. So a thumbs up for Flooring Surgeons.

5 Stars is not enough for such a good quality and service , I trusted Ed and exactly how he promised the delivery was on time , the accessories were really de 5 stars quality, the flooring upstairs and downstairs brilliant, I did all my 4 bedroom and downstairs 2 rooms plus the kitchen with super quality flooring and the team which sent it Ed to fit the flooring were more than professional<br>Really big thank you for all your brilliant Job Ed& the brilliant team<br>Highly recommend

Beautiful work. Laminate through my lounge and hallway by Ryan and it was absolutely fantastic. Friendly customer service as well. Looked amazing when it was finished and myself and my wife are very happy with it. Would 100% use again and recommend to anyone

Great service from Flooring Surgeons. Harvey made good suggestions and gave us all the time we needed to narrow down to the herringbone we selected. I collected the product myself and we had our own team to fit the floor as we are out of their local area. Once it was down we decided to scrap the idea of using porcelain tiles in a joining corridor and Harvey couriered in some extra boxes so we could run the herringbone in the corridor. These guys are professional, flexible and well clued-up on their flooring. All-in-all they give great customers service. We're already coming back for more once it's in stock.

We visited a few floor shops and the Halesowen shop just oozed class from when we walked in. We were not pestered or pressured. It wasn’t the cheapest quote we had but you sometimes need to pay the little extra to get the quality. Floor surgeons did not disappoint. The fitter was top notch and we are very happy with our new flooring- thank you
